Hands down my best over all Truck Stop experience in a long time. I spend most of my time north of here, so I haven't been here in years and frankly didn't have great memories of this place. Not negative, just "meh".
    I had a terrific day.
First, a big round of applause for the Staff and Management. Everyone I encountered and observed was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and seemed like they actually wanted to be there.
Excellent shower! I don't know if they're all identical, but Shower 4 was squeaky clean, generously sized, and well appointed. High praise to the gentleman attending the showers. Everything was so clean and tidy.
The store is cozy and inviting. Wendy, who worked the store both days I was there, was very helpful, attentive, and informative.
I had the breakfast buffet which offered yummy breakfast choices, plus a full salad and fruit bar - which I appreciated. I watched the Manager(?) scurrying around keeping things clean and the buffet stocked. Good job. And my server was a absolute joy. I wish I remembered your name.
Also a shout out to the Site Manager(?) - tall young lady, red Polo, helped me return an item in the store. Thanks for your help and terrific disposition.
Thank you all for making this such a pleasant experience. It's nice to get off the truck and feel like someone gives a damn.

GOOD EATS! My husband drives long haul and I'm out with him in the winter. Buffets are a welcome treat! Especially when you come across one that says"we care" just by the way they cook! It's like walking into aunt Shirley's  kitchen , hungry and she invites you to sit, eat, stay awhile!  We try to always start with the salad bar then the buffet, sometimes it doesn't happen that way! I'm sure some of you know what I'm sayin! Great mashed potatoes, big slices of squash, spinach , pinto beans & rice, prime rib(that they cut for you) brisket, pulled pork(if that's your thing), fish, fried chicken! & pumpkin pie and other various desserts. I went back to the salad bar and had fruit. The waitresses were very sweet! Thank you!  This made up for the lousy Thanksgiving buffet back up at the TA aurora, but that's another review! LOL Be safe out there & keep the shiny side up! & GO DUCKS!!!

We were at this stop for a couple hours and the truck stop called cops said we were their for 4 days and they told us to leave several times!! They never asked us to leave and we were only their a couple hours. We were humiliated, I feel like we deserve an apology but that won't happen. My suggestion is if you are traveling and need to rest a couple hours go anyplace but here

Stopped to fill up and decided to go inside to see if anything caught my eye. Restrooms were spotless. The establishment is way smaller than every other petro I've visited, which is 5 1/2 days a week. The customer service here was amazing, specially the older gentlemen at the Iron Skillet, I wanted to purchase a cup of ice and he was very nice on providing me with a complimentary one without making faces or having a fit like other places do, grabbed some pastries and some chocolate just because his service was a1. Just for that reason alone, I will stop by and give them my business in future visits.

My dad is a trucker and this was our first time going up to Oregon. We stopped at this Petro to shower and perhaps get something to eat. The showers were nice and big, plenty of hot water which is much needed in late January. The woman with the reddish-pink hair working the gift shop was friendly, ringing me up when I bought my Oregon coffee cup. It was raining outside and my dad was sick, and the lady working the Iron Skillet was kind enough to brew him a cup of hot tea for no charge. That alone deserves a couple of stars. The facility also has a nice little lounge to watch TV and unwind. Overall, just a short, but pleasant, experience.
